About the role
Amazon Retail Business Services is seeking an Account Manager for its Vendor Success Program in Mexico. The role focuses on partnering with retail vendors on amazon.com.mx to drive growth, improve profitability and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of vendors within a specific product category, ensuring reliable product flow and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze business levers and sales data to identify trends, proactively improve vendor experience, sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams, including Category and Vendor Management, to align priorities and maintain process health.
- Own the P&L for the managed vendor portfolio and support key projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
- At least 2 years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
- Proficiency with Excel and data‑analysis techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
