AI Engineer

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven solutions that support its digital transformation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, implement machine‑learning models, and ensure data security and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions aligned with Bosch’s AI strategy and business objectives.
• Design, integrate, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipeline architectures.
• Manage large, complex data sets and ensure optimal ETL processes using SQL and big‑data technologies.
• Automate manual tasks, optimize data delivery, and improve infrastructure performance.
• Build analytics tools that deliver actionable insights on operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Management, Product, Data, and Design teams to address data‑related challenges.
• Maintain data security, privacy, and access controls.
• Support the Data Warehouse and Data Lake (including JuP1 Data Lake) and uphold data governance standards.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with EHS policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience, especially in Python.
• Hands‑on knowledge of machine‑learning and deep‑learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
• Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and model quality testing.
