Architect (Revit) – Construction Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The successful candidate will create high‑quality drawings, 3D renderings, and maintain accurate Revit models while ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Create schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Maintain and update Revit models to meet architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable background in architecture or engineering.
• Experience preparing drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
