Join Affinity Management Services, a premier association management firm serving the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to support our growing communities and ensure a first-class living experience for all residents.
Missions principales
- Support the Association Manager in the daily operations of assigned communities.
- Act as a key liaison between residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage work orders, service requests, and maintenance activities efficiently.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and the resident portal.
- Collaborate with the CSR team for resident file follow-ups and with the accounting department regarding balances and collections.
- Prepare essential reports and documentation for Board meetings.
- Maintain accurate communication logs, violation records, and operational updates.
- Monitor vendor performance and assist in planning inspections and site visits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in coordination, customer service, or property management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to high-quality customer service.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software (VMS, AppFolio, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Ability to maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
