About the role

Brigante Law Group is seeking a dynamic bilingual attorney who can combine legal expertise with a strong social media presence. The role blends traditional immigration law practice with content creation, allowing you to educate and engage audiences on US immigration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high‑quality bilingual content (articles, videos, webinars, presentations) that simplifies US immigration law.
• Develop and manage social‑media calendars, post updates, and interact with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions.
• Provide legal counsel on visas, residency, citizenship, and compliance, preparing and reviewing petitions and applications.
• Represent the firm in media appearances, interviews, and public speaking events, maintaining a professional on‑camera presence.

Required profile

• Law degree with a professional demeanor.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Knowledge or experience in US immigration law (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging diverse audiences.
