About the role
International Dairy Queen, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth agenda for Dairy Queen Mexico. The role focuses on first‑party online ordering, third‑party delivery platforms, and loyalty programs, driving incremental sales, frequency, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute digital channel growth strategy across online ordering, delivery aggregators, and loyalty.
- Own KPIs such as digital sales mix, conversion, frequency, average check, and retention; build dashboards and reporting cadences.
- Plan and manage day‑to‑day operations of all digital platforms, creating SOPs, playbooks, and standards for agencies, internal teams, and franchisees.
- Identify risks and performance gaps, escalating insights with data‑driven recommendations.
- Lead management and optimization of third‑party delivery platforms, improving awareness, promotions, profitability, and compliance.
- Develop repeatable, franchise‑ready digital operating models scalable across Mexico and the broader LATAM & Caribbean region.

- Leader who thrives at the intersection of commercial performance, operational readiness, and franchisee enablement.
- Effective cross‑functional collaborator with IT, Fan Relations, Operations, Brand Marketing, and external partners.
