Bilingual Lawyer – Remote

About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a bilingual attorney who can work remotely. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in litigation matters.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting records, and process faxes and emails.
• Order, organize, and review medical records and bills.
• Support attorneys with various legal tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Willingness to submit a cover letter in English outlining relevant experience and achievements.
