Business Development Representative – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Latino Legends is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new revenue for a Salesforce consulting partner. The role is fully remote, aligned with US time zones, and focuses on outbound prospecting across the LATAM market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting companies using or evaluating Salesforce.
• Qualify opportunities related to Salesforce implementation, CRM optimization, automation, and RevOps alignment.
• Conduct consultative conversations with senior decision‑makers such as VP Sales, Head of RevOps, Marketing Directors, and founders.
• Run targeted outbound campaigns, webinars, and LinkedIn initiatives to showcase Salesforce use cases.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales and consulting staff.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce or HubSpot and provide market feedback to the team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, business development, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or consulting.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret campaign metrics and iterate outreach strategies.
