Clinical Application Support Analyst – Epic EHR

About the role

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Clinical Application Support Analyst to ensure the optimal performance of the Epic Electronic Health Record system for its healthcare partners. The role combines clinical knowledge with technical support to deliver high‑quality service to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier customer service to Epic end‑users and stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and maintain application functions while minimizing errors.
• Meet service‑level agreements and document tickets according to company standards.
• Train users on Epic navigation and functionality.
• Analyze clinical workflows, propose improvements, and implement streamlined solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Epic with ancillary systems.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to support clinical and administrative decisions.

Required profile

• Clinical background (physician, nurse, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, or operating room).
• 2–5 years of clinical experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Epic EHR (preferred).
• Technical aptitude for application support and workflow analysis.
