Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with hands‑on experience designing and deploying Kubernetes‑based orchestration in both on‑premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage multi‑cloud Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Deploy and scale containerised applications across Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate on Git workflows and enforce DevOps best practices.
• Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement security and compliance controls across the infrastructure.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering or a related field.
• Basic Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) in cloud and virtualised environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization/container platforms such as KVM, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Foundational scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and IaC concepts.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and basic database administration (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to grow in cloud, automation, and platform engineering.
