Communications and Culture Analyst

About the role

Join Bosch as a Communications and Culture Analyst to strengthen internal communication and nurture a vibrant organizational culture. You will lead projects, campaigns, and events that align with the company’s strategy, driving associate engagement and reinforcing core values.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute internal communication campaigns that support the organizational strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events, including logistics and vendor management.
• Develop multimedia content such as announcements, videos, and digital assets.
• Maintain and update internal channels like the MyBosch App, email newsletters, digital screens, and bulletin boards.
• Support leadership‑associate forums and contribute to the annual internal communication plan.
• Track execution, measure impact, and report on campaign and event effectiveness using key indicators and associate feedback.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in internal communications, digital communication, or event management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Canva for graphic design.
