About the role
The Community Manager will lead the organization’s online community, fostering engagement and building brand awareness. Working closely with internal partners, the role translates business objectives into effective communication with customers across social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with social media managers to create compelling social content that drives audience interaction.
- Plan, schedule, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and oversee social media campaigns, aligning them with the overall marketing strategy.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
