Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a remote Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across the United States. The role involves preparing drawings, performing material take‑offs, and delivering accurate cost and time estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Perform component‑based material take‑offs and budgeting from shop drawings.
• Conduct drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Calculate project time and budget estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Support additional job‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• 2+ years experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the US.
• Hands‑on experience with stones, stucco, and CMU.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
