Construction Project Coordinator – Industrial Projects in Mexico

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator will lead small to medium‑size industrial construction projects for DHL Corporate Real Estate across Mexico. You will be responsible for delivering warehouse adaptations, refurbishments, expansions and infrastructure improvements while ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple small‑to‑medium industrial construction projects across Mexico, including warehouse adaptations, refurbishments, expansions and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor schedules, contractor performance, risks and issues throughout all project phases.
• Drive tendering processes, conduct technical evaluations and select contractors.
• Control project finances, prepare budgets and track expenditures.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in industrial construction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating construction activities in logistics or industrial environments.
