About the role

Wild Cabo Tours is seeking a full‑time Controller to join its on‑site finance team in Baja California Sur, Mexico. You will be responsible for steering the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and provide actionable financial insights.
• Advise senior management on strategic financial decisions to drive business performance.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in core accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in tourism, hospitality or transportation is advantageous.
• Fluent English communication; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
