Controlling Leader Reporting and Analysis

About the role

Continental seeks a Controlling Leader to drive advanced cost control, reporting and analysis for its tire business in Mexico. The role provides reliable financial information to central and local stakeholders, supporting budgeting, forecasting and operational cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced cost control, analysis and reporting for assigned cost centers.
• Prepare regular reports for actuals, budget and forecast cycles.
• Support maintenance teams with energy and maintenance cost monitoring.
• Assist cost‑center owners with financial insights and cost‑optimization recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in cost accounting and financial controlling.
• Strong command of English (advanced level).
• Leadership capability to guide cross‑functional teams.
