Coordinating Doctor – Response Center

About the role

International SOS is seeking a Coordinating Doctor to join its Response Center in Mexico City. The role involves delivering high‑quality medical assistance to clients worldwide through phone consultations, ensuring rapid and professional support for emergency and non‑emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, high‑quality telephone medical evaluations and consultations to patients globally.
• Gather and document medical, logistical, and collateral information related to each incident.
• Advise callers, families, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders on appropriate medical actions.
• Prepare detailed medical reports, arrange referrals, and monitor patient conditions.
• Recommend and coordinate suitable medical transport methods and track their progress.

Required profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in emergency, internal, family, or primary care medicine.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Fluent in Spanish (native) and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
