Corporate Communications Senior Consultant

About the role

The Corporate Communications Senior Consultant will partner with business leaders to design and deliver strategic communication and change‑management initiatives for a leading U.S. insurer. The role focuses on transforming outlines and storyboards into engaging classroom and independent learning assets, while ensuring messaging aligns with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic communication plans that support business initiatives and drive employee engagement.
• Write, edit, and produce articles, headlines, talking points, scripts, and presentation materials.
• Design visual elements and coordinate with graphic, photo, and video teams to enhance communications.
• Plan and prepare all‑employee meetings and large‑scale events, including collateral, scripting, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, communicate progress to stakeholders, and link project objectives to broader business goals.
• Provide advisory support to people leaders and program managers on communication and change‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising senior leaders on communication strategy and change management.
• Strong written communication skills with a conversational tone.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary communication projects.
