Country Manager – Mexico

About the role

dormakaba is looking for a Country Manager based in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico City, to lead its business across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. You will translate corporate strategy into daily operations, grow the local market and ensure the delivery of high‑quality sales and services.

Key responsibilities

• Align distribution, sales and marketing strategy with regional market conditions.
• Identify local customer needs, market dynamics and develop appropriate channel strategies.
• Set and manage pricing, monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and key customers through regular engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales management.
• 3+ years of experience in service management (installation & service).
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
