Customer Logistics Specialist – Automotive Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Logistics Specialist to act as the primary liaison between our major automotive customers and our logistics operations in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. You will ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate tracking, and high‑level service for key accounts such as Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and Volkswagen.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery for major automotive accounts, guaranteeing accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
• Track shipments and provide real‑time updates on order status, adhering to automotive industry requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimise logistics operations and meet customer specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve shipping issues, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across all automotive accounts.
• Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and automotive standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain management, or customer‑service operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise competing demands.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
