Data Engineer

About the role

BRP is seeking a motivated Data Engineer to elevate its analytics practice. You will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and models that turn data into a strategic advantage across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams to meet delivery objectives.
• Support real‑time data ingestion from diverse sources and create optimized data models for BI.
• Build and maintain API integrations with external providers such as Google, Facebook, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (GDPR, SOX).
• Define best‑practice standards and drive innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and development.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into advanced data models for analysts and data scientists.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
