Debug Technician

About the role

Flex is looking for a Debug Technician to join its Guadalajara site. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on electronic and telecom equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage failure logs (Long de fallas) and unit status.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and gather required information.
• Prepare detailed reports, inventories, and status documentation.
• Perform hands‑on debugging of electronic and ICT equipment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of electronics and measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with communication protocols and telecom systems.
• Ability to work with functional equipment and ICT hardware.
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow up on multiple units simultaneously.
