Developer Support Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to join its global digital transformation team. You will work with cross‑functional groups to design, build, and maintain custom solutions while providing technical support across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver robust front‑end, back‑end, and database components.
• Architect scalable application strategies and ensure code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Maintain version control history and produce clear technical documentation.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Virtual Reality technologies.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting production environments.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and clear written communication.
