DevOps / SRE Engineer (Azure, Kubernetes)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer to join Infosys’ cloud engineering team in Mexico. The role focuses on building and operating large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms on Azure, ensuring reliability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Administer and optimise Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage and networking components.
• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes (AKS) clusters for high‑availability workloads.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform, ARM/Bicep and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Apply GitOps practices with ArgoCD for continuous delivery.
• Create automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Support development teams during deployments, API integrations and incident resolution, including on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps / SRE experience.
• Strong expertise with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex cloud issues.
