About the role
The eCommerce Sales Analyst will analyze online performance data and support the development and execution of tactics to optimise key KPIs such as Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, revenue and stock levels. The role also creates and tracks monthly purchase orders, collaborates across Sales Ops, Planning, Customer Service and Marketing, and maintains direct communication with external partners for performance analysis and commercial support.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of eCommerce objectives, including Sell‑In and Sell‑Out targets.
- Analyse and develop commercial reports focused on inventory performance and sales to support strategic decision‑making.
- Develop and execute operational tactics such as product analysis, replenishment strategy, catalog management, site performance and conversion‑funnel analysis.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Customer Service, Planning and Marketing.
- Manage direct communication with partners, including performance analysis and commercial negotiations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
- Team player with good communication skills and a creative problem‑solving attitude.
- Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using Power BI for data visualisation and analysis.
