This entry‑level position offers an 18‑month rotational program focused on improving production and quality processes, work orders, and material optimization. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that emphasizes preventive decision‑making and continuous improvement across injection molding, assembly, and tonnage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative activities and generate regular reports.
• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and quality teams to drive efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Conversational English.
• Interest in administrative tasks within a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive, organized and self‑directed.
