Finance Lecturer – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape the way artificial intelligence understands financial and economic reasoning. This remote, task‑based contract lets you work on your own schedule while directly influencing next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy and clarity of core financial concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI‑generated financial reasoning.
• Identify common misconceptions and unclear explanations based on your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, delivering high‑quality reviews at scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning with precision and clarity.
• Comfortable reviewing and rating structured content at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• Nice to have: graduate degree in finance, economics, or related field; industry experience; familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows.
