Finance Manager

About the role

DB Soluciones is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations in Iztapalapa, Mexico City. The role involves ensuring compliance, transparency, and strategic financial planning across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare financial reports, projections, and forecasts for internal management and shareholders.
• Manage and coordinate financial and tax audits, guaranteeing full regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including reporting, tax filings, and documentation.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing direction and operational oversight.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax obligations, fiscal regulations, and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) as well as IAS/IFRS.
• Manage insurance policies, premiums, claims, and recovery processes.
• Coordinate legal and regulatory processes to maintain transparency with fiscal and commercial authorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budget planning and financial control processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with government authorities and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Age up to 48 years.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Residency in Mexico City or the State of Mexico.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (completed).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial finance role.

• Monthly gross salary between 80,000 and 90,000 MXN.
