Missions principales

• Ensure accurate local accounting and full compliance with both local standards and US GAAP.
• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and respond to all audit requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and provide weekly projections to Corporate Treasury.
• Align local cash requirements with Regional Finance and Corporate Treasury teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Costing, and Working Capital management to support local leadership.
• Act as a key liaison with Corporate Tax, Accounting, Audit, and Legal departments.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in financial controlling or accounting within an international industrial setting.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and local Mexican tax/accounting regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with regional and corporate teams.
• High level of integrity and precision in managing financial data and internal controls.
• Excellent communication skills to support local operations and management.
