About the role
Brandco is seeking a part‑time Founder Operations Assistant to help turn chaotic inputs into clear, actionable steps. This AI‑native position supports a fast‑moving founder across product, brand, retail, content, and new‑idea initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Organise tasks, follow‑ups, files, lists and documents.
- Research people, companies, vendors, tools and opportunities.
- Prevent projects from falling through the cracks.
- Draft emails, summaries and meeting notes.
- Convert rough thoughts, transcripts or voice notes into clear action items.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks that keep the business moving.
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and loose direction.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to figure things out without exhaustive explanations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Competence with spreadsheets for data tracking.
- Familiarity with task‑management or project‑management applications.
