Brandco is seeking a part‑time Founder Operations Assistant to help turn chaotic inputs into clear, actionable steps. This AI‑native position supports a fast‑moving founder across product, brand, retail, content, and new‑idea initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise tasks, follow‑ups, files, lists and documents.
• Research people, companies, vendors, tools and opportunities.
• Prevent projects from falling through the cracks.
• Draft emails, summaries and meeting notes.
• Convert rough thoughts, transcripts or voice notes into clear action items.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks that keep the business moving.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and loose direction.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to figure things out without exhaustive explanations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Competence with spreadsheets for data tracking.
• Familiarity with task‑management or project‑management applications.
