Freelance Annotator (English) - AI Trainer

About the role

As a Freelance Annotator (English) you will work remotely with Toloka on AI training projects. You will help improve generative AI models by reviewing, labeling and evaluating a variety of content such as text, images or videos.

Key responsibilities

• Carefully review provided data (text, images, videos) according to project guidelines.
• Label or classify content to train AI systems.
• Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate or unclear material.
• Provide feedback and ask clarifying questions when instructions are ambiguous.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking and reasoning abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Good communication skills and genuine interest in technology and AI.
