FullStack Developer – Hybrid (Mexico City)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a FullStack Developer to join its Mexico City team. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site at least three days a week while delivering enterprise‑grade solutions from proof of concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build high‑performance APIs with NestJS/NodeJS or FastAPI/Python.
• Integrate applications with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and other AI components.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development, from coding to deployment, collaborating with Tech Leads and Architects.
• Deploy, operate and monitor services on AWS following security and reliability standards.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL data stores in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional software engineering experience in production.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with LLMs.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
