General Manager – Mexico

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and managing high‑performing sales and technical teams and will be responsible for shaping and executing the country’s strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall country strategy in alignment with corporate priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale sales and technical teams to achieve growth targets.
• Drive revenue generation and market penetration for ElevenLabs’ AI platforms.
• Collaborate with global functions to ensure consistent brand and product delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success as a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Experience building and leading both sales and technical teams.
• Strong execution focus with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
