About the role
The Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast will design and maintain efficient operational systems that support the business needs of the region. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and collaboration across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
- Manage daily operational functions of the regional logistics business.
- Prepare annual performance reviews and continuously reevaluate processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
- Oversee the regional budget to align with business goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar logistics or operations role.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to multitask and work with multiple internal groups.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
