About the role

We are seeking a Director / Senior Operations Manager to lead the full manufacturing scope of a leading agro‑chemical and specialty products company. Based in Cuernavaca, this full‑time, on‑site position will oversee plant operations, ensuring production, planning and logistics align with growing commercial demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end plant operations, including formulation, mixing and packaging.
• Ensure efficient execution of manufacturing processes and drive production scaling.
• Oversee supply‑chain activities such as sourcing, inventory management and distribution.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and cost performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations within process‑driven industries.
• Background in agro‑chemical, pharmaceutical, food or personal‑care sectors.
• Proven ability to manage supply‑chain and production planning in complex environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary plant teams.
