Graphic Designer – Senior Digital Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency and lead the creation of high‑impact digital assets. The role blends strong design expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that every project meets client expectations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full design process from concept to delivery, managing timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to craft design strategies aligned with client goals.
• Create digital marketing collateral such as social media graphics, website assets, banners, newsletters, and infographics.
• Set and maintain design standards, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.
