Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for a senior HR leader to head the full human resources function for a leading automotive company in Querétaro. The role will support business growth, strengthen culture, develop talent pipelines and partner with senior leadership in a competitive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and culture initiatives.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with executives to support organizational growth and change management.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and foster positive union and employee relations where applicable.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles in the automotive, manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations, talent management and organizational development in high‑volume operations.
• Proven experience partnering with senior executives and driving change in complex environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
