HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our human resources function by managing a range of programs including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee development and labor relations. The role involves advising managers and staff, conducting research, and preparing reports to help drive effective HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee development.
• Provide counseling and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research studies, prepare special reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist with manpower planning, training coordination, and labor‑relations matters.
• Analyze moderate‑scope HR issues, reviewing multiple data sources to recommend solutions.
• Follow general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
