Identity Verification Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Identity Verification Specialist to join Landing’s Financial Planning, Strategy and Risk Prevention team in Mexico City. In this role you will safeguard the integrity of our member community by reviewing applications and performing thorough identity and income checks for prospective renters.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming membership applications and verify identity documents and income statements.
• Communicate with prospective members via phone, email or text to request missing documentation and keep the process moving.
• Collaborate with Sales and Member Experience teams to ensure clear, timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes and flag any inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1) and ability to work from the Polanco office.
• Background in customer service or billing with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience conducting identity and income verifications.
• Comfortable handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, text).
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using verification tools and document management systems.
