Industrial Engineering Manager

About the role

The Industrial Engineering Manager will lead the planning, design, implementation and management of integrated production and service delivery systems. The role focuses on profitability, quality, adaptability and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate global and regional Industrial Engineering strategies.
• Coach, mentor and train engineering staff; recruit and retain talent.
• Monitor key IE metrics and drive site‑wide improvements.
• Maintain succession planning and standardize Jabil processes.
• Configure and standardize systems such as SAP, MES and IEDB.
• Develop and maintain site process flow charts and accurate forecasts.
• Support Lean initiatives by ensuring data integrity and solid process foundations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial or Production Engineering (MS/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of IE experience with at least 4 years in management.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Proven change‑management and continuous‑improvement track record.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research.
• Proficiency with SAP, MES, IEDB.
• Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
• Lean methodology (Silver) and Six Sigma (Black Belt) concepts.
