About the role

Clarios is seeking an experienced Operator Instructor to lead training programs for drivers and yard operators. The role combines classroom instruction, on‑road supervision, and incident analysis to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver continuous training programs covering safety, driving techniques, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct on‑road supervision trips to evaluate driver performance, safety, and equipment efficiency.
• Investigate incident causes and recommend preventive actions.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing findings, training outcomes, and identified concerns.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to operators and collaborate closely with terminal administration.
• Train yard operators at basic and full‑capacity levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full‑capacity operator (experience with hazardous waste handling is a plus).
• Federal driver’s license type E preferred.
• Optional certifications: SCT and STPS.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and a results‑oriented mindset focused on KPIs, safety, and performance.
• Proactive, ethical, responsible attitude with a service‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and be available for 24/7 accompaniment when required.
