Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Communications team in Mexico City. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will design and execute internal communication strategies that enhance employee understanding of our brand, product portfolio and business priorities, turning staff into enthusiastic brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications plans focused on brand and product, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Translate product launches, innovations and commercial strategies into clear, actionable internal campaigns.
• Ensure accurate dissemination of key product messages and Nissan/INFINITI brand positioning across corporate, plant and dealer audiences.
• Design and execute internal campaigns, newsletters, videos, scripts, presentations and communication kits.
• Adapt global or regional content to the local context, maintaining consistent tone and narrative.
• Lead concept development and execution of internal events such as town halls, reveal events and immersive product experiences.
• Manage internal communication channels (email, intranet, screens, newsletters, video) and editorial planning.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Product, Sales, HR and external agencies to ensure message alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Full‑time availability with a hybrid work schedule in Mexico City.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % of the time; valid driver’s license required; active passport and visa preferred.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, PR, Product, and Human Resources teams.
