International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The International Logistics Coordinator will support operations at the KES MTY site, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of global import and export shipments. This position ensures on‑time delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while acting as the primary liaison among suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments via ocean, air, and ground transportation.
• Provide end‑to‑end visibility, tracking, and transit‑time monitoring to proactively manage delays.
• Prepare and manage trade documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and Air Waybills.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize internal ERP systems (LN, PLM, DBR) to support smooth operational workflows.
• Execute customs compliance activities, including manifestación de valor and automatic notices.
• Support internal and external audits related to logistics and trade compliance.

Required profile

• Valid visa and passport.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international logistics, trade, or supply‑chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑modal transportation (ocean, air, ground) and customs brokerage.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and basic transportation financial knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LN, PLM, and DBR ERP systems.
• Knowledge of customs documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills).
• Understanding of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
• Experience managing multi‑modal transportation (ocean, air, ground).
