Junior Marketing Consultant – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Consultant to join the LATAM team of a leading dental organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Marketing, you will help execute regional marketing strategies and support brand growth across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional marketing plans that align with global brand objectives.
• Support trade shows, events, and clinical education activities throughout LATAM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create marketing materials.
• Drive digital campaigns and manage social‑media initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
• Provide localized content and translation support for diverse LATAM markets.
• Work with sales, clinical, and distributor partners to increase brand visibility.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or an agency environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with design/brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working cross‑functionally and remotely.
• Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 20%).
