LATAM Marketing Lead

About the role

Nothing is looking for a LATAM Marketing Lead to shape the brand’s presence across Latin America. You will drive bold, social‑first campaigns, build influential partnerships, and amplify the story of a disruptive tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand consistency across LATAM while aligning with the global marketing strategy.
• Design and launch impactful campaigns that boost awareness, community engagement, and pop‑culture relevance.
• Manage regional publicity, social media, event marketing and own the LATAM marketing budget.
• Lead, mentor and grow the LATAM marketing team in a collaborative environment.
• Own and execute influencer, PR, digital, advertising and offline activation initiatives.
• Monitor performance, report results and adjust strategies to meet business goals.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of LATAM market trends and younger‑generation consumer behavior.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and a passion for challenging the status quo.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Track record of success in organic social, earned media and influencer partnerships.
