Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making, and leadership strategy. This fully remote, flexible contract position lets you apply your real‑world knowledge to improve AI systems used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that enhances how AI models approach managerial thinking.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and identify logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
