Manager, Product Marketing – Consumer Acquisition & Engagement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead product marketing for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) in the Northern Latin America region. You will shape product strategies that increase Mastercard’s market penetration, sustain performance of existing product lines, and drive innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute product strategies to maximize Mastercard’s penetration across diverse market segments.
• Maintain and grow the performance of existing product lines while managing internal stakeholder relationships.
• Support product commercialization initiatives and act as a liaison between internal teams and strategic external clients.
• Demonstrate the value of Mastercard’s marketing and personalization solutions to clients.
• Enhance customer experience and nurture relationships with strategic partners.
• Identify and scope expansion opportunities for CA&E solutions.
• Continuously innovate and solve problems to advance the CA&E strategy.
