Marketing Manager – North America Sustainability

About the role

Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Business is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact programs across the United States and Canada. As an individual contributor within the Advisory Services team, you will collaborate with sales, client management, and operations to drive thought leadership, events, lead generation, and sales enablement, while leveraging AI to boost marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep regional market insights, using AI‑driven tools to track trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Shape a customer‑centric marketing plan aligned with the annual business strategy, optimizing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data analytics to map, automate, and refine the customer journey.
• Produce AI‑assisted sales assets (slide decks, scripts, personalized content) and train consulting teams on AI integration.
• Communicate marketing performance and strategic updates to commercial and cross‑functional leadership on a quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Experience in sustainability or energy‑focused marketing is a plus.
