Marketing Strategist – Email, Social & Paid Ads

About the role

Forward IQ is seeking a Marketing Strategist to own the warm‑side of audience growth. You will be responsible for turning our email list, social channels, and paid‑ad campaigns into a predictable revenue pipeline for our freight‑forwarding solutions and upcoming community offers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise email marketing programs including nurture sequences, newsletters, launches and retention flows.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube and short‑form platforms that drives audience growth and feeds the email list.
• Plan, launch and manage paid‑ads campaigns on Meta, Google and short‑form networks, focusing on cost‑per‑acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Translate content into audience growth, list building and pipeline generation.
• Craft messaging and positioning for new offers and community initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy and take ownership of execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record running email marketing programs that generate revenue, not just sends.
• Experience building paid‑media campaigns with measurable ROI and clear funnel economics.
• Demonstrated ability to create a results‑driven social media strategy focused on audience growth and conversion.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable tracking CAC, open rates, conversion rates and pipeline metrics.
• Bonus: bilingual in English/Spanish and experience in B2B marketing.
