Materials Planner

About the role

Dana, a global leader in driveline, sealing and thermal‑management technologies, is seeking a Materials Planner to manage the flow of materials from national and international suppliers to support production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments, traffic and receipt of materials to prevent delays.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding out‑of‑specification deliveries and timing via phone, video or email.
• Collect, verify and forward invoices and import documents to the Customs Broker in line with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date material requirements in the Oracle system to avoid shortages.
